Oh yeah! on the VOA. Yup, lost in translation.
Made by Shell, i'd definitely use this in my N if comparable to M1, Castrol, Pennzoil, Valvoline etc., pricewise.
C3 so you know it should be up to snuff & help with the tailpipes. I just spotted the Shell logo after you said that...sweet! Now go rev your engeins!! :ROFLMAO:

Was it tested twice? Is that why there are two columns that are mostly identical, with some small differences in the bottom five additives? I'm trying to understand as I am entering the numbers into our VOA Database.

As a side note, I hate when labs use "<2" or similar. For all the values that are <2 above, I'm just entering "1" (which is less than 2, but not 0, which they also have results of).
 
The sulfate ash content is also calculated to be over 0.9%, exceeding the ACEA C3 standard. The lab tested twice. ICP test results are subject to significant variation and are not absolute values.
