HVAC Capacitor Help

Looking for some recommendation and help in terms of outdoor capacitor fitment for: 13ACX-042-230 Lennox unit.

Can anyone please confirm and share a link on a direct replacement one? Don't have direct access to the unit right now. Thank you.
 
Does anyone know 45+7.5 can be replaced instead of 45+10, all other voltage ratings are same. Thank you.

This number has nothing to do with the voltage. The voltage should also be listed on the capacitor, it will typically be either 370v or 440v and you can substitute a 440v for a 370v (but not the other way around). The 10 mfd side of the dual capacitor is for the condenser fan motor. It would be a bad idea to substitute this value because you can overheat or damage the fan motor, stick with the factory specified value. If you are having trouble finding a 45/10 you can substitute individual capacitors for the dual capacitor (this is better anyway).
