I mean he certainly took roids, but it's not the roids that kill you directly, it's usually heart disease secondary to polycythemia (too many red blood cells) and hypertension. Most of these guys were seeing an MD to manage this and therapeutic phlebotomy is easy enough to order when this happens. So who knows...

He looked great during last years Presidential campaign. Still in great shape. I guess the lord felt it was time to call him home. I am thankful for the entertainment he provided for me / us for many years! RIP big man.
