With my plan to start using HPL oil soon, I figured it cant hurt to switch to HPL trans and gear oil also. From what I read the 6R80 in my F150 takes HPL Green ATF, and my rear didf calls for 75W140. The trans is something I have my cousin service at his shop, usually between 30-50k with Motorcraft fluid. Can the HPL trans fluid go longer without doing a UOA? I have Amsoil 75W140 in the rear diff as of now and it currently has 68k on that fill. Can the current Amsoil and HPL be used at 100k intervals without issues? All highway interstate miles rarely towing. Dont want to change the Amsoil early if not necessary
