Finally, the Toyota dealer did a spill & fill on the 21 Lexus RX350 (U881F) transmission using 4qts of HPL green CC @$60/gal.
Twice the price of Valvoline extended protection atf @$31/gal. (Amazon)
I asked about the color and the tech said u could put the old oil fluid back into the bottle and re-sell it. omg
Haven't notice any noticeable shifting changes.
Definitely a complete flush would have been a complete waste of time, and money. Today's service costs $90.

Probably the next scheduled spill & fill will be at 32K to 37K. (15k to 20k intervals) I have three gals of HPL green CC.

Remaining things to do:
cabin air filter- Wix WP10322 -$17
@20K HPL Premium Plus Passenger 0W-20 - $80 + Filter Fram XG9972

Done:
Brake flush- Bosch ESI6 - 2qts -$22
Air filter - Wix 49430 -$15
Transfer case and rear diff oil change - 2 qts- Mobil 1 Delvac + 4.6% Redline - $20 + $&

It would be nice if you let us know how the HPL green fluid is working out.

Why the different mixture of transfer case and differential fluid???

Will provide green cc updates at a later date.
I am not a dedicated HPL fan boy that requires everything to be matching to the HPL. I had several gallons of Mobil 1 Delvac that I bought 2yrs earlier that I needed to use. Since the RX350 had oc at 5k(?), 15k (then 2yrs later) and another at 16.9k, I decided to go HPL do some engine clean-up. CARFAX says it was a complimentary Lexus dealer oc but the Lexus service advisor doesn’t have it listed. I unable to reconcile the service record.
Planning to do a 20k oc to HPL and keep it there for 10k.
