There is a clean-out. Good thought on there likely being a clog.

Kudos to @andyd for bringing it up.

Does this drain go to a dry well? Some will do that to avoid the septic. The idea of running a snake down the pipe is a good one. It will let you know how far along it is. If it’s a dry well and the clog is down there then that may require some digging.
