All I have ever seen with a square bar is glued or plaster of paris is used. If the wall if tiled with a towel bar, Soap holder, Toothbrush holder etc. Plaster of Paris sets quick and bonds tight. Arm and leg casts are cotton material soaked in PP. TMI... Sorry
