I think that's smear it. I'm looking for a soap or detergent to remove it. I tried my homemade wheel cleaner: 50% Dawn Ultra and 50% McGuire's car wash. Meh!

Wouldn't spraying some of the same dissolve it so it can be wiped away?

Dawn dishwashing soap and a little bit of water and a whole lot of elbow grease like for about a half hour. Worked for me when I got it on my windows. You gots be patient.
