I want to take this long fill tube off but i cant seem to get it off. Does it just turn and pull out? Its really on there.

It looks like it might be a twist and lock, but it's kinda hard to tell by your microscopic dim picture.

Why do you want to take it off is my question?
I looked around, and some of these just push in and turn like a bayonet style connection. Apparently some people have accidentally removed them because it was almost too easy.
Have you had a good look at the part? That might give you a better clue.
