No data exists to show that there is a statitsically significant disparity of wear rates between frequent and infrequent BP events in normal operation. I'm surprised with the amount of hair-splitting that goes on with this forum, I've never seen a multi-page debate over which funnel to use, and whether or not it's bad for the engine to use those cheap paper funnels at the gas station. Curious minds need to know! LOL
Edit: Fwiw, our shop uses some pretty cool Mobil-1 funnels that I can't get our rep to bring any extras of, or find out where they even sell them.
