Once you get out of the city and find a small body shop "out in the woods" things can get done a lot cheaper. That bumper can be fixed and blended in. The light appears to be the only part the OP needs. Get that at the junkyard as well as the trim piece, but it looks like that can be fixed. From what I can see, it looks like another car brushed into it making a turn probably backing out of a parking space. If you're looking to get the maximum amount of money (in reality, who isn't) then the repair cost could exceed the amount of the price paid for the car.
