How much does a 2024 Diesel Tahoe weigh?

I pulled across the scale at our local grain elevator. They leave the scale on 24/7 for farmers to weigh at will. This weight is with two people, full fuel, and a few small things in the back.

I’d like to weigh my wife’s just for curiosity’s sake. Looks like it’s right about 6,000 empty and the diesel is 90 lbs heavier.

It has the air ride system, it's the best riding and quietest vehicle I've ever owned. It's fantastic for cruising down the interstate.

That is a good chunk of weight and that diesel should be the right engine to lug it around. Thanks for sharing the curb weight of your specific Tahoe. That is a helpful perspective.

Wow! That’s roughly 3.3 tons. Good thing it rides smooth and quiet. It would be a shame if it didn’t with all that weight.
