My home is about 15 minutes from Little Saigon in Westminster, we usually go there once or twice a month to eat Pho. There are almost 1 or more Pho restaurant on every block in that area, some are very good but most are so so. The price is reasonable, a large bowl is $5-6 and regular is $1-2 less. New Pho restaurants are opened almost every month, they usually discount 50% for a month or 2.
The good ones are always crowded on weekend, we have to wait several minutes for a table. There are some Pho restaurants in Irvine, but they are over-priced and not so good, my wife can cook Pho better than them.
