I am not getting the joke here :-(

That I keep a physical set of spark plugs to keep my metaphysical spark in my relationship.

Mazda 3 4
Boat 4
Various lawn and hobby stuff 13 (model airplanes)

don't model airplanes use glow plugs? I didn't count my models, as they are all glow plug powered, and not technically a spark plug.

Yeah. The little nitro engines are pretty much a small 2 cycle diesel engine. The nitro fuel is compression ignition and the "plug" is used to heat up the combustion chamber.

Toyota pu
Toyota Matrix
Triumph Spitfire
Ride on mower
Weedeater
Chainsaw
Outboard motor

Total = 17

But I can't remember the last time I changed a plug.

Let's see here:

Mercury GM - 8
2002 Camry - 4
2003 Corolla - 4
2003 Protege5 - 4
2010 Altima - 4
Lawn mower - 1
Weed eater - 1
Chain saw - 1

Looks like 27 at this time.

3 cars, 2 4 clinders, 1 6 = 14
ride on and push mower = 2
chainsaw = 1
handheld and backpack leafblower = 2
Pressure washer = 1
Generator = 1

Grand total of 21

I don't feel like counting - there's 40 in the list below, and that doesn't count the caddy, expy, old bronco, and all the other IC junk. Probably 75 or more

43 cars/trucks, (somewhere back 10 or so years ago is a list), average 6 plugs per, 253, large number of ope, I have a pile of at least 30 scrap engines, 9 riders some 2 cyl. maybe another 50.

At least 300 or more, but who's counting

1990 Chevy K1500 = 8
2009 Subaru = 4
Honda Accord = 4
1986 36' Tiara (twin 454's) = 16
2003 Yamaha 115HP Outboard = 4
1968 Johnson 115HP Outboard = 4
1988 Johnson 15HP Outboard = 2
2008 Honda Ruckus = 1
1986 Honda Elite 250 = 1
GoPed Scooter = 1
Push mower = 1
Weedeaters (2) = 2
Leaf Blower = 1

That comes out to 49.

In actuality, I have an extra set of plugs for each outboard (10 plugs) and 16 extra plugs that I keep clean for my old truck because it is an oil burning MONSTER.

49 cylinders to maintain, but 75 plugs total.

My car doesn't have spark plugs so it's at 0

Chevy Trailblazer, Jeep Cherokee, Buick Rendezvous = 18
My 2005 Honda Rancher = 1
2 weed eaters, 2 gas blowers, 2 mowers = 6

25 total

That's a fun thought experiment- a FB forum I'm on had a discussion about "total cubic inches" of engines owned. My total was similar to a single Rolls-Royce Griffon. :-)

Plugs:
Challenger: 16
Ram 4.7 genII: 16
JGC: 6
XJ: 6
Polara: 8
R/T: 8
2 push-mowers: 2
1 lawn tractor: 1
1 ZTR: 2

65 plugs? Wow. That's more than a single R-4360s worth of plugs (56- 28 cylinders x2)

And that's not counting 2-stroke OPE, or the old JD 110 I'm gathering parts to restore.

I was surprised that the 8 old spark plugs that I changed in my V8 4Runner at 100K looked like new.

I thought about not changing them but since I had them all out I went ahead and installed the new ones.

That is random, but I'll bite.
Mine:
Yamaha=4 Harley=4 Lexus=6 Heep=6 Chev=6 mower=1
17
Others under my wing:
Neon=4 Cavalier=4 XL7=6 Liberty=6 496=8
18
35? I'm sure I'm forgetting some thing...

60 spark plugs, + 6 cylinders diesel.

All are used on a regular basis. And I own all of them.

3 vehicles
1 motorhome
1 rzr
4 snowmobiles
2 lawn mowers
2 weedwackers
2 generators
1 chainsaw
1 race car engine

144, same as a B-29, Douglas DC-4/6/7, Lockheed Connie. 4 Wright 3350 @ 18 cylinders each, 2 plugs per cylinder.

4x18x2=144. That's assuming there's no gasoline APU/starting generator somewhere aboard like a number of WWII era multi-engine planes carried.

A B-50, Douglas Globemaster, or Boeing Stratocruiser would have had 224 plugs: 4 P&W R4360 @28 cylinders each, 2 plugs per cyl. 4x28x2=224.

But I think the record belongs to the B-36. 6 R4360 radials (336 conventional spark plugs) plus 4 turbojets which each had some type of spark-plug like ignitor.
