How long to run Valvoline 75w90 syn in Diff?

Swithed to valvoline 75w90 syn in front/rear diff and transfer case on my 05 Tacoma. Currently have 2 years and 25k miles on this gear oil. Only run in 4x4 once a month for about 2 miles. If it's time for a change out should I do all 3 or just the diff?

It's cheap insurance and fairly easy to do. I would switch again at 30k. Next time give Amsoil full synthetic a try and you may go 50k intervals with that and may see a slight gas mileage improvement.

It does not matter how little you use the 4x4 you are using the fluid in both front and transfer cases the same in 2x4 vs 4x4.

I'd say 2 years / 25k you are fine to double that with the Valvoline fluids.

Your truck is easy on the oils.
