How long can it sit before getting analyzed???

I may have made a big stupid mistake...

I took a sample from my car (Series 7000 5w30) a while ago...and forgot to send it in. I found it the other day sitting on the bench, probably been three weeks anyway.

Being it has sat, will that skew analysis of the sample if I send it in???

3 weeks is not a problem, even several months is ok as long as it is in a sealed clean container
