When I use my air impact, a few drops of oil before hand and a shot of grease through the lube port every now and then.

I use the Campbell-Housfield (spelling) air tool oil sold at Walmart. Before each use I will put a few drops of oil in the air connector. Once a year or so I will take off the little allen screw and add oil directly inside the tool. It takes a but more oil when adding thru that hole.
