How Do You Manage Your Fuel..OPE

I don't have a problem with E10 stored and the alcohol. What do you think is going to happen to it? As long as it is sealed it will be stable.

In an OPE gas tank its vented.

So if the tank is full there will be no condensation.

Less if the tank is full but not none. The air and fuel in the tank still expands and contracts with temperature changes.
 
I use a non ethanol, non alcohol 91 or 93 octane fuel with stabilizer and it is good for 6 months. Casey's usually has it around here. I like it and it runs very good in my OPE. I stored my weedeater wet and it sat for 4 months then started it up and it ran fine.

If the cap is vented you could probably jam some tinfoil between it and the tank.

Though that might have odd side effects with temperature swings.
