Ours can't be searched by name by the public, but if you select the property, it is available.
And FWIW, around here, if a parcel is not improved, it is not assigned an address. So no building, no driveway, etc, means no address. Property records don't require one.
This is what I'm asking. If it has an address it's just a matter of asking the county clerk, but if it's just an empty lot then their isn't an address.
So is it still just a matter of going down their and maybe have them pull up the lot on a map? I called and the lady said if their is no address they can't find help. Like for example their is an empty lot that's in between a hardware store and a dollar general store that I'm trying to find the address of so I can locate the owner, but looking online their is no address for it.
