How do I post a UOA

I am trying to copy and paste a result from Oil Analyzers but when I paste it only the numbers show up and not the any of the other important items like what element its for. Can anyone help post it? I usually just type them in but there are 4 other results on there I wanted to post so people can see the oil used and trends...
