If you want to know if its a puro it will be black with red and white writing on it. The new Fram-tastic ones are black with silver writing on it.

There is no need to be rude here.Is it any wonder that BITOG has a bad name on other sites? The search can take a lot of time to find what you are looking for on some things and then you still may not be able to find what you need to know.

Also, and this is just a guess, the new microguards have FRAM numbering on them, the puro ones might have purolator numbers on them.

I find that BITOG is a lot more kind and mellow than most sites, except for maybe the knitting and sewing chat boards.

BITOG is a good site but there are sites that have a negative opinion of BITOG.I have read comments myself ragarding BITOG and the negative things said.I did defend BITOG but still people have negative thoughts about it.

I checkout out that ad myself this morning. I plan on getting a few quarts of Pennzoil Platinum 0w20 and maybe that QS Green deal. $12.99 for an oil change package is hard to pass up.

That's not being rude.

This site has a very good search function. Folks simply need to be aware of it, and take advantage of its capabilities.

Not to get off topic much, but I'm curious what others say negatively towards BITOG. Don't they think we know anything over here?

If find all kinds of mis-information on other sites, and BITOG seems to be more accurate than most.

On J-body.org, most I've seen think of BITOG as a waste of time. Nearly all of them run Mobil 1 10w30 in their car because "their mechanic told them it is the best, and that thin oil kills engines"

This site needs a translation feature.
