I can see people getting upset if they miss something on the forward or backward change back before we have smart phone and auto time adjustment. It's hard to believe that people get so fired up about this it's almost if they've never taken a trip in their lives that went one time zone east or one time zone west which is effectively the same thing and your body deals with it in about a day. Pushing the daylight around to optimize morning sun just seems to make sense to me but I certainly would deal with it if we didn't have it. Going to DSL all year long it's going to really screw over some people in the winter. Folks think this stuff sounds great until they realize that it's not going to be light till like 8:30 in the morning in some areas to get an extra hour or whatever in the evening of time you don't care about because it's cold out...but hey you don't have to change your clocks so winning. People act like this is some major life trauma.
Today your smart phone will just change your time for you and I think only ONE TIME Apple forgot to keep track of that and everyone in the DST miss an alarm in the world, just ONE time.
Ever since 2016 or so I have never missed anything or feel really bad because of DST change. I mean it is like you have an early flight to catch and you have to wake up one hour early. Your body will get used to it in a week even if you are flying to the other side of the world 12 hours away. 1 hr probably only need 1 day to adjust for most people. It is like staying up late for a movie the night before.
