What's the difference between Honda type II coolant vs zerex Asian blue. Honda says change every 2 years or 30k. Why? Zerex every 5 years or 150k. What's different?

Been a while, but as I recall, my Accord said 100k for the first change and then 60k after that. Likely because it isn't a flush, just a drain and fill.
I've got the Zerex in both my Honda vehicles and it will stay in there until their timing belt changes unless I see something that makes me want to change it.

If you're doing a flush and fill, you need a full strength version like Peak sells if you want the original freeze protection since you won't drain all the water out.
On my 2017 accord sport I did a drain and fill with Honda type 2 around the 50K mile sort of like Greg does, just because
Honda has the maintenance minder for coolant, so you just change it when code 5 comes up on the MM
