Hi, I was just wondering if any of you have any experience with adjusting the throttle control cable that leads to the transmission on 94-97 Accords.
Mine has been hanging on too long between shifting. I found some info online and some of it is conflicting about the adjustment of the throttle cable (TV) cable.
I made some basic adjustments at the locknut of the cable and it seems to have smoothed out the shifts some.
I'm just looking to get correct info about the proper adjustment of this cable.
Some say shorten the cable to get better shifts, some say lengthen it to get better shifts.
Anyone know the proper way to tackle this?
