With the semi frequent (thankfully) Toyota parts sales, does Honda ever have anything similar for parts sales? I haven’t seen it.

Not a fan of hOnDA pArTs NOw - poor post sale customer service if there’s an issue after many prior uneventful orders. TIA.

Hmmmm, now I am worried. I ordered something from them and still don't have a shipping notification. It's only been a couple days however.

It'll be fine as long as you ordered and they shipped the right thing. the one time i had to deal with a problem they did ok.

thanks for the rec’s! HPN was fine up until I had one issue - then they weren’t (tpms doa). They didn’t like any of the documentation I sent to them. They wanted a dealer to look - guess what’d that cost me? If you said “what you paid for the sensors,” you’d be correct.

I had an issue once with an alternator arriving damaged from Virginia Beach Honda. They were great to deal with! No muss, no fuss. Pics and proof sent their way, and they replaced the item.

Do any of these sites ever run sales that are effectively below parts cost (like Toyota)? I haven’t seen any is why I’m asking.

You should be ok. Again, I had one (last) order with an issue with many uneventful prior orders. Never again for me and mine though given this experience.

Honda dealers stock fewer and fewer parts because they are able to get them from Honda's warehouses pretty quickly, so if your parts had to be ordered, they're probably waiting on them to arrive so they can then turn around to ship them to you.

I think you are referring to Checkered Flag Honda which is on the Norfolk/VA Beach border. They are my local dealership and the funny thing is that for small parts, they will ship it to me for $7.99 postage; however, they impose a $9.99 surcharge for local pickup! 😲

I have never seen a specific "sale" on any parts from a Honda dealer's online store. However, as you know, most of the online parts sales will be discounted below MSRP.

That’s the dealer!!!

Weird for the surcharge. I hope you’re able to wait and just hold out for it to arrive to your house.

Thanks for the heads up about the sale. I’ve seen the markdowns vs msrp too, but was hoping I was missing out for some mysterious coupon.

Do any of them have a good price for shipping? Always seems like shipping is more that it should be.
Good question here. I’ve had to initiate check out a lot to see who tried overinflated shipping costs. Which takes a lot of time.

Hey, just like that I have a tracking number! It's coming from Plymouth Michigan.
So far I am not impressed. A week after placing my order, they still haven't gotten my package to the post office. They gave me a tracking number last Thursday, but I think all that means is they've printed a label. Apparently it hasn't moved since.
