Honda GX160

I acquired a gx160, has fuel issue. I ran a few hours on lpg vapor through breather. Changed out oil with advanced auto parts 5w20 api:SN plan to run oh 100hr oci's . I was wondering what you guys use in your hondas. This is my first Honda.

You're running the wrong oil in that engine. run a 30 weight. or 10w30

I use Rotella 10w30 although I'm sure it's overkill. I'd say any 10w30 will be fine. Honda Genuine 10w30 (the factory recommendation) is just a run of the mill PCMO.

I run amsoil ACD 10w30 which is really a straight 30wt.

What about hrs on oci's? I was wondering if anyone have one log fueled, i have 100# tanks (5tanks) in reserve. I have a tractor supply company ten miles from home that sell log by gallon @ $1.99 , plus they have a $0.30 off gallon sale rite now. I would like to ask do anyone know a source for affordable kits. I would like one that retains liquid fuel option.

Yes lpg sorry auto spell. I have a 4.3 vortec on lpg. Oil stays super clean.

I use M1 0W-40 in my GCV-160 Honda... Changed it in the fall of '11 and it hasn't dropped below full, It'll get one more use this year and I'll probably change it next spring...
