Those things are awesome! My first ATV when I was a kid was a 1985ish Honda TRX125. I loved that thing and it sparked my interest in ATVs and small engines, I later got a 250ex and 400ex. I'd love to find an old one to fix up, but there are limited places to ride them here. It's why I sold the others in the first place. Unless you have a lot of property there aren't many options here, even if riding on your own land with stock exhaust people here will complain.

Baby steps, one foot in front of the other...fuel tank leads to the carb...was the fuel turned off those 7 years? you may want to inspect the muffler and recoil right away before you dive in here....all these used parts sell for big money guys doing exactly what you are for much the same reason...get a e.bay search going..baby steps.

I don't think I replied to you, the gas was turned on for all 7 years unfortunately. Wonder how bad the carb is. I have yet to take the tank off and mess with it.

ok no need to rebuild it yet, soak it with this, draw it through by pulling the recoil starter.. leave it sit repeat over 3 days or even a week...

So when removing the carb, went to remove the intake tube. Freaking bolt snapped off. Can't really get straight on it to drill it out. Anybody have an idea on what I could do?
