If you are using the 'new' Honda MTF Type-II in your older del sol, it's possibly too light, since the original Honda MTF was closer to a 30 multi-grade...the new Type-II is closer to a 20, IIRC.
I'm trying out Amsoil's M/T Synchromesh Fluid, currently, and put it in at 250,000 on the engine(if its accurate). So far, so good.
