Do hondas auto transmissions have cooler lines? Why don't people just do the cooler line fluid exchange? It's not a flush, and actually replaces all the fluid instead of mixing old and new over and over.
I have a 2002 Subaru that was maintained at a Honda dealer and they did the same thing. One drain/fill at 80k (4 liters out of 10) and by the time it hit 170k it was in nasty shape. This is about the worst thing you can do for a transmission but luckily the Subaru has very good bypass filtering system to help minimize the damage.
