honda air filter pre oiled?

I own a 03 honda odyssey and tonight when I was cleaning the air filter (with compressed air) there clearly was some oil comeing out of it when I blew into it. Do these air filters come pre oiled from the factory? Or is there another problem. The air box was bone dry on both sides of the filter. What's up with that? Thanks for your time!!

the element is supposed to be dry.

in my small area of knowledge, there isn't a newer honda auto that uses one.

The green filters used to be lightly oiled from the factory, at least for civic in year 92-95. I don't think the white honda filters were ever oiled.

I don't think any of the newer hondas come with factory oiled air filters anymore.
