2019 Pilot EX-L, VCM active, 5277 miles on VRP 5W-30. 72,551 miles on vehicle. This is what the Honda S2000 uses for the high RPM, high flow thing. Nice filter, I don't know if worth the extra $$ vs PG choices these days. The can was a PITA to cut with my cutter. I might need a new wheel but seems to go through others much easier.

Not that Pilot needs it but I tightened it as listed for the S2000 so both metal rings hit/torque. Holy carp what a PITA to get it loose.

These are superbly high quality filters made by Mahle. Unfortunately due to the large physical size, the Pilot is one of the only Hondas other than the S2000 that can use them. I bought several I can't use on my Odyssey nor on my Accord. Oh well, I'll use them on my Neighbor's Pilot when I change his oil.

I think the bypass setting on the S2000 filters is at least 20 psi, so they might not be all that suitable for some other Honda engines that have lower oil pressure.

@Sequoiasoon
Are you able to take any measurements of the filter media area for each of these filters? I'm making a list of media area for various filters, mainly those with M20x1.5 threads. I'll post it in a new thread once I've gathered some more.

I'm also curious about the diameter of the bypass valve on the PG filter.

They also fit Hyundai/Kia that have any space around the area if other places to use. Here is the PCX inside the Hyundai can just a very slight bit longer. I don't have PCX can, tossed a while ago but inside/media was wrapped up in garage.

@Hohn - do a measurement of total height. @Carlostrece might be interested as option also.

I just salvaged the media and core before garbage came. I'll get numbers to you hopefully in a couple days. No clue on cross border shipping costs but I can send if you want to do more testing. Cans, base plates, anti drain backs are now gone from below.

Media currently wrapped waiting to wick and be cut with C&P's.

Mopar MO-339
Hyundai 26300-35505 (x2)
Honda 15400-PLM-A01 (pretty much no longer available)

Just remember may not compare due to filter media cellulose vs synthetic or whatever versions. Also micron ratings associated.
