Saw Frams at great clearance prices at the Home Depot in Del Rio, TX, over the holiday weekend. Not sure if this is just a local thing.

Local Lowe's (Albemarle, NC) also had a sale. I cleared out all of their PH3600 and PH6607 filters at a $1-$1.5 per filter.
