What $675k USD buys in far south west TX- Del Rio

I’d probably feel a bit overwhelmed in a massive house. My place, built in ’83, is a cozy 1,690 square feet on a nice-sized lot. It’s had some solid upgrades over the years, and being tucked away on a cul-de-sac keeps things peaceful with hardly any traffic—something I really cherish. Honestly, I never planned on staying here long-term, but life had other plans, and now I’m genuinely happy and settled. 🙏

"genuinely happy and settled. 🙏"

Thats awesome and what it's all about. Great to hear!

Yuk. 5026 SF and 3 bedrooms. Sucky 7' tall garage doors. I hope whoever buys it can afford having the exterior pressure washed plus stained and painted. I could go on and on.

The 80's called. They want their McMansion back.

I feel sorry for the neighbors. Who wants to look at that every day?

That lake level is low! I didn’t realize you could boat on over to Mexico and as long as you don’t get out on Mexican soil can freely return as a U.S. citizen without reporting to border patrol.
