HOAT coolant

My Jeep is in need of a top-off. It looks like I need a new radiator cap..

Chrysler says to use Mopar specific HOAT coolant, but Zerex makes HOAT G-05 coolant that I am sure could be had at a fraction of the cost.

Any issues with mixing the two together?

Same exact product but with a different dye. Motorcraft gold is also the same. We use the motorcraft as its several dollars cheaper

50/50 Premium Gold should be available at your local Ford dealer, that would be the easiest way to go. Completely interchangeable with Mopar or G-05.

Good call. Just add and go.. I don't think the G05 is pre diluted.

The Peak Universal Global is available at NAPA in the full strength solution. Gold and Great for HOAT requirements. About $17 to $18 a gallon at the everyday price. The Peak Universal Global 50/50, HOAT mix is on sale this week at Kmart....I forget the price.....but it is reasonable.

IMO....pick up a jug of both the 50/50 and full strength.

G-05 is a match.
I used it in mom's 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the engine was still in good shape when the car was sold in early 2015.

I've purchased full strength Zerex G-05 both for my 2012 Ram and my wife's 2011 Mustang. It meets Chrysler MS 9769 and Ford WSS-M97B51-A1 per the jug label and PI sheet.

I bought mine at O'Reilly's when they had it on sale earlier this year. NAPA carries it as well.

It's available in both full strength and 50/50 prediluted form.
