I have an older Diesel engine. Have replaced endless seals, still leaking slightly. Common with these motors. Is there such thing as a high mileage diesel oil with stuff for old seals? Can’t seem to find anything

Wait wait, hold up. Which diesel do you have? A 7.3 PSD has an oil driven fuel system. Do NOT add any additives to the oil. No bueno. Let it leak. It's what they do.

Find an oil high in esters, which tend to cause seals to swell slightly. Redline used a lot of esters. And so does Penrite in some of their products. Personal experience with the effect with Penrite Syn 75W90 gear oil.

Yes you could use seal conditioners like that liqui moly, but wouldn't it be just act like a bandaid?
Might aswell rebuild it man.

How is it a bandaid to condition a seal?

They're brittle. The additive helps them become pliable again.

The liqui moly actually worked. I’ve put about 125 miles, and it’s no longer leaving a puddle on the ground. It’s either the crank seal or a corner on the oil pan. More than likely, not the oil pan as it doesn’t have a gasket just RTV.
Shocked it’s working thus far

Update.

I have over 1,000 miles on the fresh oil change with the liqui moly motor saver. It started to leak again, but it’s nothing like before. A few small drops.
