Getting it at Walmart. This is a Canuck Walmart though so these prices WILL sound really high and expensive (right?!?).

They're all FULL SYNTHETIC 0W20 (all high mileage versions):
Mobil 1 High Mileage $39.99
Pennzoil Ultra Platinum HM $39.99
Supertech High Mileage $28.88

Which one would you get? Which should I get for a 2007 Honda Accord SE w/ 2.4L? Car is at 215K km.

I think I read stuff about the Supertech oil - not sure if it was on here - but, supposedly, Supertech was owned by Warren Oils but they are getting manufactured in the factory where Mobil 1 does their oil - so, they're probably very similar oils? Well, that was the theory presented that I read.

I am speculating that any of these oils are sufficient/good and since the Supertech is the cheapest....?

Warren is definitely not going to be similar to Mobil. For a 20 year old honda I'm sure it's fine though personally I would run the Pennzoil or Mobil if you can afford the extra CAD.

They definitely are different grade oils, but it pretty much comes down to your budget.
For all general purposes, the ST will be fine.

As others said, how much oil does it burn? For a 2007, I would tend to lean towards the supertech, if cost is an issue.

As for the Supertech / Mobil 1 comparisons, there was speculation that Warren was getting base stock from Mobil 1 and/or Shell. I have no idea if that's true or not.

Is that good i.e. 'base stock?' Well, it is oil and that's super important - but, depends on the extra $10 - if that means the oil is gonna be a lot better?

The other thing is - I'm also requiring an oil filter. ;-) So far, it's between the Honda OEM (which I kinda passed on), FRAM US XG7317 and Wix - but, for Wix, I am not sure if it is a premier filter or just a basic one - the # that is available is 57356.

Supertech is not the same oil as Mobil 1. A recent SDS posted here showed Supertech Full Synthetic as re-refined group 2 and group 3 oil. Which isn’t bad but it’s not similar to Mobil 1.
Hmmmm.... I guess I misread things - as that was not my impression/conclusion. Oops.

Well, I guess I could rationally justify the extra $10. I have read on here and other places, ppl saying the ST was fine for them, though.

For the same price the Ultra Platinum.
The others are $10 more.

How much does it burn.
It doesn't , afaik.

The ST is fine and if other options are $11 more I don't think I'd bother. I'd rather get some euro oil on sale if it's at $40 cad at that point. What does canadian tire have at the moment?

It's good it doesn't burn, I imagine it doesn't leak either beyond a slow seep. Just don't go over 5-6k km or so to not let the rings dirty up. When it warms up again and it's time to change try 5w-30 if you want but it'd be fine with 0w-20.

There are frequently rebates which put name brands right in alignment with Supertech pricing.

Ex 1: two jugs Ultra Platinum for $11 each after the rebate (on sale $26 x 2 - $30 / 2)

Ex 2: one jug of Edge for $13 after rebate ($23 - $10.)

Ex 3: one jug of Restore and Protect for $20 after O’Reilly’s rebate ($35 - $15.)

Nothing wrong with ST in the right application like my daughter’s beater which has some in it right now. But to say it’s on the same level as the above list this just isn’t true my opinion. And with keeping rebates in mind one can get better oil for even cheaper.

I now see the ST for less. I'd still use the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum High Mileage. Which Mobil product are you referring to? Post a link if you can.

Canadian Tire has HIGHER prices - like +$40 or closer to $50.

No coupons or rebates in this Canuck Walmart. It's already discounted... ;-)
