Any good quality filter can handle that. I will be using Mahle OC330 ($4) next OCI and my redline is around 8200 rpm.

Their filters are somewhat hard to come by, especially for domestic apps, here in the states.

Their pistons/rings on the other hand are some of the most used here for rebuilding/modding the LSx engines.
