What type of coolant is this?
The description says does not contain Amine, Phosphate, Silicate, Nitrates and Borax.
good for 240,000 kilometers

Is this a OAT or HOAT?

Short answer it's an OAT coolant like VW G12, GM Dexcool, Ford Orange, etc. VW G12+ contains silicates which this Total coolant does not. It's a essentially a Dexclone or an all makes all models type coolant.

Last time I saw a Commander it was on fire on the side of the belt parkway

G12 hasn’t existed in 20 years, G12+ is an OAT coolant.

G12++ was a Si-OAT/SOAT
