Help Reading Spark Plugs (pics)

4.0L jeep 6 cyl. 180k, probably less than 20k on the plugs & 30k on the wires & cap. Seafomed thru the carb before changing.

#6 was leaking oil fom the outside. #4 smells like gas.
 
You Seafoamed through the carb then changed the plugs right away? If so there is a very good chance you changed how the plugs should look. Is there a problem with the way the engine runs?

basically, the vehicle was rolled offroad and lost about 1 quart oil trhur the filler cap/pvc and manifold. The intake was sefoamed to remove oil that got into the intake manifold. the oil was also changed

Runs Ok, was wondering why #3 would be so different and the significance of the fuel odor in one clynider. what would cause that? bad injector?

You MAY have a weak injector on the cyl with the whiter plug.

Color readings are tough nowadays with modern fuel, and yours are even worse with the massive oil and seafoam they were subjected to.
 
I would wonder if the #3 injector was leaking or something...washing the cylinder down. It happens, and it can tear up a cylinder pretty quick.
