I suspect the temp probe may be behind this panel as well as the damper. But there are no screws. I "guess" it may snap in place but don't want to break my free poor-cooling fridge...
My guess would be a bad damper motor , it's directing more air to the freezer side, again it's just a guess.....tech support or technician should have a pretty good idea of what some of the common problems are for that particular model.
I would also question the accuracy of your K1 thermometer, the mechanical thermometer is reading 38.

I haven't had a chance to work on it. I'd like to try removing the upper plastic panel I posted above. I'd bet the thermostat and damper is back there. But again. No screws. So I guess I just pull on it until it pops off? And hope I don't break anything.
defrost thermostat may be incorrect or out of calibration, up plug then plug in to make sure contact is good or replace, and yup it back of the plastic cover, push up on bottom of cover and pull off, to has insert tabs also.
Does it get the cold air for the refrigerator side from the freezer? Maybe some styrofoam or something is shifted and not allowing airflow?
A redneck family member of mine had a garage fridge that the freezer worked fine but the fridge was lacking, so he used a hole saw and drilled a hole between the 2 and it worked great.
