Help Me find Spark Plugs Please

Something is wrong with that motor, any codes? Or your mods are not working to well with it.

Since you changed the intake and exhaust I would suspect the O2 or MAF sensor if that car has one. Over oiled K&N filters can wreak havoc on them.

Do you run any fuel injector cleaners or anything like that? If so stop.
 
They car has had these bolt ons for the last 15,000 miles or more. I have to think the issue (engine clatter) would have shown up earlier if there were disagreement.

No O2 sensors were changed and the MAF sensor is stock. Could and intake and exhaust generically do this? I figure the ecu should adapt to a bit more air.

I don't see any gap bridging and both "pucks" are still intact, the plug itself looks like it's in good shape but has deposits. Are you using fuel additives? Are you losing any coolant?

Is the check engine light on? Any codes?
 
17 issues out of, say, one hundred, I would say there is manufacturer defect. 17 issues out of a few hundred thousand Accords? Not Honda's fault. This car needs to be on a low-carb diet...meaning less rice.
 
If intake, exhaust, sway bar, H&R springs, and michelin PS2's is called rice, then call the BMW M3 track pack (less restrictive intake and exhaust, thicker sway bars, H&R race springs, and michelin pilot sport cups) an overpriced rice burner.

Yes it is. They're double iridium plugs. Aside from the deposits on the insulator, they practically new.

It looks like my plugs from back in the days of MMT. That stuff even stained my carb floats
 
The car is running super-rich because of the bolt-ons with stock ECU. Don't bother throwing money away on iridiums. Get a tune instead.
 
Plugs look good, just dirty. You haven't seen mine during desludge process. 2 out of 6 were completely covered in goo.Cleaned them, put back, works like a charm. NGK laser iridium.

This gadget, with right setup might help you,and you get ability to play with setting. Better take it to prof. shop to install and tune. About 2 hours of labor, as I've been told couple years ago. I had one, but never installed and sold it. You can find it cheaper that on that website. $300-360 price tag is about right.
 
^Valve tapping, some noise is better than none depending. I'd imagine your Honda needs an adjustment of the valves every so many miles, check your manual for Valve Lash or Clearance adjustment servicing.

The engine oil grade you are currently using seems to be quite much for your vehicle for road use. Isn't the recommendation a 5w-20 or 0w-20?
