I definitely rev the nuts off my car, that's why I've been going with the 40wts. But if you think a 20wt or 30wt can withstand it and protect the engine, I'm more than happy to use it. Any recommendations?

The plugs look fine just a bit dirty. First stop using any fuel injector cleaners you said you were running, most of that stuff is snake oil and it could be helping to foul them out.
Get the ECU tuned for your mods, its probably not running as good as it should and fouling out the plugs slightly.
Other than that they look fine and should last the 100k interval.

I'd definitely try a reputible top-end multi-grade 30 PCMO. Only use fuel system or injector cleaners etc, once every oil change. More than that is crazy. Maintenance dosages for 'UCL', such as MMO every fill up or two(dosage ammounts like 2-3 ounces in every 10 gallons, less is more sometimes) like others use, that may help the plugs 'slightly' as MMO advertises it will keep the plugs free of carbon deposits, but it's fighting a super rich condition without a tune so that's a band-aid on an open wound at best with the conditions you describe.
I don't feel like there is ANY reason you should use Mobil 1 0w-40, or any multi-grade 40...30 maybe...without serious track days etc. Especially when stock calls for 20-multi-grade!
I'm willing to bet Amsoil's 0w-20 ASM would do fine in your app, for instance. Just my opinion...

How do I go about getting a tune? I know Jet has an ECU remap for 320 that says it will tune it for bolt ons. Is that good?

Their are a million guys who tune Honda's go to one of their forums and ask around there has to be a shop around you that knows how to do it.

I wouldn't consider your mods enough to warrant a tune, no offense, they just aren't doing much
if you gained 1 or 2 horsepower I'd be suprised.
the most your mods are going to do is add some sound and liven it up. modern day intakes and exhaust are very good, for instance, adding an exhaust system on the new Taurus SHO doesn't add any horsepower, and thats on a twin turbo v6...... back in the mid 90's exhaust mods on turbo cars gained lots of power..... Cars today aren't built like those......

Yeah that's the problem with modern cars, its just done for sound.
The factory stuff is so good its hard to improve on it, that's why it costs so much to make one go faster.
Perfect example is what Brabus does to the V12 AMG cars, other than a flash to get a few more HP their isn't much they do that doesn't first involve all new internals and sometimes reboring the block.
