Probably one OEM wanted this size and Michelin build according to that spec, and mass produce it for aftermarket as well.

The Camry Hybrid takes the 215/60R16 size, in an H-rating. It's the only hybrid out there that requires an H-rated tire to my knowledge. I'm sure that the Michelin Primacy MXV4 in this size is tuned to the needs of the Camry Hybrid.
