Noise is coming from under the passenger side valve cover/head area. Anyone know the sound?

Look at the lifters/cam on that side, sounds like a roller locking up
Can't really tell from the audio, but some Ford Mod motors would have bits of silicone sealant plug up the oil galleries and wreak havoc.
Wouldn't have believed it, but I have seen it in person. Don't remember the exact particulars, but it was plugging an oil gallery towards the rear of the cam.
edit: This is of course AFTER you have exhausted normal trouble shooting avenues.

Sounds like a belt driven accessory.
It's in an 06 GMQ, noise is not belt driven.
