I have a 2019 Jaguar XF S AWD with the 3.0 SC V6. I would like to service the Transfer Case and Differentials. There are virtually no alternative oils I can find outside the Castrol that the dealer sells for these units. I can't imagine they're that special of a lubricant. I am having a hard time finding it and with the closest Jaguar Dealer to me closing the next one I would need to drive to is a LONG ways away.

I know there has to be some alternatives. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I just got off the phone with the Jaguar Dealer and they couldn't even tell me if my differential was an E Differential or a Mechanical. They were struggling to find the current fluid recommendation in both parts and service. This is craziness.

Differentials are almost always hypoid, which need GL-5 gear oil. Most gear oil you find off the shelf contains friction modifiers to help clutch-based limited slip differentials.
Transfer cases usually do fine with ATF, but no reason you couldn't step up to a GL-4 performing fluid. As long as the transfer case does not share a sump with hypoid differential, you do not need a GL-5. If it did, then you'd need to find one that doesn't have friction modifiers for LSDs, which get pricey.
