I'm good... Lost 35lbs while I have been away, probably because I'm walking 7km's a week because I'm not spending oodles of time on BITOG. hahaha

Still going to do the walking... Feelin' great, have the migraines under control (T.G.)

Got RLI in my engine at the moment... Did fantastic on Redline but the single quarts are a bit of a P.O.

Man have I got reading to do on this board...
