Do you mean normal operating temps? Here are some numbers from manufacturers Product Data Sheets, which I don't guarantee as accurate or up to date, but you can verify them yourself:
Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic and Mobil 1 High Mileage are both 11.7 cSt@100c.
As far as non-high mileage synthetics Mobil 1 and Lucas Oil are 11 cSt@100c.
German Castrol (Edge), which is 0w30 not 5w30, is the thickest at 12.2.
(I believe 30 weights range from 9.3 to 12.4 so there could be something heavier.)

Because i wanna find an oil that meets my requirements without being a frankenbrew

Amsoil european car 5w30 has a vis of 12.3 and HTHS of 3.7 a very heavy 30wt

I dont know what the factory fill is. Application is 2001 lancer evolution 75-100 miles a day highway

I had a 4g63 eclipse with a evo3 16g and supporting mods running 18psi for a couple years, i ran Mobil 1 10w30 in that car with no issues at all. any good synthetic 30wt or even Mobil 1 0w40 if your wanting a thicker oil should do excellent.

Castrol GTX High Mileage 5w30 11.99 at cst100 and HTHS of about 3.3, or the 10w30 version just over 12 and an HTHS of 3.5, both excellent synblends and scads cheaper than German Castrol.
