A point of clarification ... Shell tested Rotella CJ-4 15w40 against the JASO-MA friction test and found it passed the test. From other analysis it appears Rotella met those requirements as well. So Rotella appears to meet JASO-MA ... but that's something different from carrying the rating. It's not official to the best of my knowledge.
My guess is Delvac CJ-4 would also meet JASO-MA if it was tested.
Delo might or might not ... again, the moly thing is the key differentiator there.
