Have you ever tried this quick engine oil drain plug from Dorman

Might use it on my 3.5 ecoboost since the oem drain plug keeps seeping even after replacement and yes there is no nick burr or else on the pan

I am also considering to replace the OEM plug with a straight plug with aluminum crush washer since the rubber seal on the OEM plug dont seem to seal tight , its like the lip around the plug head surrounding the rubber seal is too thick and hit the pan before the rubber seal is fully compressed... ( my theory )

I would probably trust a Fumoto valve before I'd put something like that from Dorman on my vehicle.

some medium loktite for oily areas works for me, NO leaks + plug stays put
