Has DexCool changed

This is an excerpt from an article that makes it sound like it changed after 2004!

My guess is that the reason they say "1995-2004" is because those were the model years covered under the setlement. I don't think they are implying Dex-Cool is no longer used or has changed. That doesn't mean they didn't make any changes at some point however but my guess is they just worded it strange in the article.
